ABOUT DREW MIANECKI
"Drew is one of the most passionate players I have worked with in years. The sport is her life and her goal is to play in college is her focus. She puts in the extra time off the court and is great at communicating. On the court, she has fire and energy, and even though she is newer to the game than some of her peers, she wants the team to rely on her. Every time I see her play she has improved and is always looking for opportunities to work with top-level players and coaches in the gym. Her volleyball knowledge and skill have grown exponentially and I can't wait to see what she continues to do in the future."

FROM THE DESK OF DREW
"I’m looking for a volleyball program where the team feels like a family and where I can keep growing both as a player and a person. I want to be part of a competitive environment with coaches who will push me to improve while also supporting me on and off the court. What drives me most is seeing my hard work pay off and knowing I’m helping my team however I can, whether that’s terminating swings, playing tough in serve receive, or bringing energy to the court. Over the past year I’ve really worked on becoming a more complete player, especially improving my serve receive and expanding my shot selection. I’m proud of how much my hitting velocity and confidence have grown. I’m also someone who values being coachable, staying positive, and always putting the team first. I want coaches to know that I’m willing to work hard every day, compete at a high level, and be the kind of teammate people can count on."
