VOLLEYBALL NEXT STEPS

Congratulations on making a Wisconsin Blaze Volleyball Team! We're excited to have you a part of our family!

Below you will find the next steps you need to take to complete your registration.

Please be sure to complete ALL 9 steps in the next 7 days to ensure you're ready to compete!

Formal acceptance of an offer is determined not when a player commits verbally, but when the player accepts her invitation from Wisconsin Blaze in SportsEngine. The next step is to hold the spot with a financial deposit and fill out a detailed TeamSnap registration. Please do not skip over the TeamSnap registration! That is our communication engine for our teams.

Once your payment transaction clears, athletes can start using the trainings associated with their membership immediately. They expire a year from date of purchase.

STEP #1 TRYOUT AND ACCEPT OFFER

Accept Offer
- If you receive an offer from the Blaze staff, please communicate your acceptance to the staff giving you an offer.
- Inform Wisconsin Blaze of your decision as soon as possible by contacting Blaze at 920-750-5180 or email team@blaze365.com.
- Leave a message with athlete’s name, tryout age, and decision.
Accept Invite from Wisconsin Blaze to join a team on Sports Engine
- Accepting the offer on Sports Engine is an official acceptance according to USA Volleyball.
Upgrade your Badger Region Membership
- Upgrade to a Full 24-25 Badger Junior Player Membership ($55 total)
  - If you purchased a $10 tryout membership, you'll upgrade to the 24-25 Badger Region Junior Player Membership for an additional $45.

STEP 6 - PURCHASE AAU MEMBERSHIP ( National Teams ONLY )

ONLY Nationals Teams: Register as an AAU Member
- - Starting 8/16/24, you can register for a membership that runs 9/1/24-8/31/25
    Register as an Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Member
  - Browse to https://play.aausports.org/
  - Create account for your athlete, fill out profile information, and follow prompts
  - Select $22 Extended Benefit insurance membership (if you do not pick Extended Benefit, you will have to go back and fix it later!)
  - Select "Wisconsin Blaze" or club code "RSXD7TT5" as your club of choice. If "Wisconsin Blaze" or club code cannot be found, select "AAU."
  - Extended Benefit and Selecting Wisconsin Blaze as club of choice are required in order for your AAU membership to be complete and active.
  - If you want to check to see whether your athlete has a membership, use this link AAU page “membership lookup”

STEP #4 ORDER UNIFORM

Please submit your uniform order form.

All athletes must try on and determine uniform size at Blaze Sports & Fitness!

Blaze Sports & Fitness Hours

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 8:30 pm

Friday*: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

Sunday**: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

*(Open Until 2pm on Fridays from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend)

**(Closed on Sundays from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend)

STEP #2 - COMPLETE TEAM SNAP REGISTRATION

(Even if you are in TS for another program, you must register with our link every year)

Use this LINK TO REGISTER your athlete into TEAM SNAP so we can then manually Roster them onto your Team.

Please know that after you register on Team Snap, you will NOT immediately see the team page show up on your app/login. Our Director must manually roster (move your athlete's name) your athlete to his/her team page. Please give us a couple of days to do so. Thank you.

In order to complete the TEAM SNAP registration, you will need the following:

Insurance information
Your doctor's phone number
AAU Extended A/B Membership purchased (National Teams ONLY)
Program/Team Fee purchased
Uniform Google Form completed

STEP 3 - TEAM PAYMENT

IMPORTANT

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE SIGNED IN UNDER THE ATHLETE'S ACCOUNT PRIOR TO PURCHASING THE CONTRACT.

Families with multiple athletes will need to sign into each individual player account.
This will assure that all free training sessions are able to be used by the athlete with no problems.
If you wish to pay by check - FULL PAYMENT is required within 7 days after offer. Checks can be made out to Blaze and either dropped off or mailed to: 230 S McCarthy Rd. Appleton, WI 54914

Please select your team according to the official email offer that you received.

You may choose the "pay in full" or "payment plan" option.

STEP #7 - THE PATH (OPTIONAL FOR 8TH GRADE - HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES)

The Path program is an OPTIONAL program offered for 8th grade through high school Blaze athletes interested in playing basketball or volleyball after high school, The Path will be your guide for navigating the college recruitment world. The Path has a proven track record (100% college commitment success rate) and is an essential piece for your athlete's recruitment success. STEP #5 OPTIONAL GEAR

This step is OPTIONAL and is NOT included in the team fee.*

If you would like to purchase a backpack, warm-up jacket, or spandex, please follow this link and complete your purchase.

*Backpack, warm-up jacket, and 2 spandex are included in the 15U, 16U, 17U, and 18U National team fee.

* Warm-up jacket and 2 spandex are included in the 14U, 15U, 16U and 17U Midwest team fee.
